SMS Terms & Conditions
WestboundHQ (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates an SMS messaging program for our tax and bookkeeping clients and prospective clients. By providing your mobile number to WestboundHQ — through our website, a form, in person, or by texting us first — you agree to the terms below.
Program description. When you opt in, you may receive text messages from WestboundHQ related to your account with us. These include appointment reminders and general two-way communication with our team.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and time of year, but is typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Frequency may increase during tax season or when we’re actively working a project for you.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. WestboundHQ does not charge for SMS messages; check with your mobile carrier for any rates that apply to your plan.
Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we’ll send one confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed, and you won’t receive any further texts from us unless you opt back in.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message and we’ll text you back with contact info, or email us anytime at [email protected]. You can also call us at (816) 875-0093.
Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided.
Privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
